New to Kickboxing or Muay Thai? We recommend the beginner fundamentals class on Tuesday. We will go over all basic techniques, pad holding, bag work, and gear in a slower paced and deliberate way to so that you can get comfortable before jumping into a faster paced class!
For Tai Chi, and Kung Fu – Any day will work!
