Our Signature Lomi Lomi massage brings ultimate relaxation and deep healing. Lomi Lomi is an ancient Hawaiian healing art, incorporating rhythmic movements and long forearm strokes that soothe from light to deep to realign the body, improve circulation, and induce overall well-being. Calibrated from light-to-deep for realignment of the skeletal system, each move encourages flow by removing blockages of tension from the mind, body, and spirit.
We open by setting the intention of healing with a Hawaiian chant. Continuing with traditional healing methods, our lomi lomi incorporates la’au lapa’au (plant medicine) in the form of tropical aromatherapy, warm basalt stones, and a relaxing foot ritual with a detoxifying plant-based scrub and warm towels. This treatment is best experienced as a full body massage, however if there are specific areas of tension, we will devote more time to those issues.

Hapai lomi lomi massage is perfect for soothing our mothers-to-be as well as our new mothers. In this highly restorative treatment, our mothers lay on their sides and then shift to a propped up position on their backs. We use modified lomi lomi techniques in areas that are contraindicated for hapai clients, however our moms are still as pampered as ever with our deep therapeutic work. A special blend of la’au lapa’au oils is used to encourage relaxation of the mother and baby. A special opu (stomach) massage helps connect mother and child. For postpartum mothers, opu lomi lomi resets the body and encourages further mending within the body.

In this ancient Hawaiian treatment, we use our bare feet for our deepest therapeutic and healing work. Kua Lua is also known as Hawaiian back-walking. We use the force of gravity to get through to the deep layers of muscles and align the bones. The ha, or divine breath, is used as we walk the back into the upper thoracic releasing pain from long-held patterns and injuries. The experience can be quite intense, but a lasting peace is felt long after the treatment because of the realignment of the skeletal system.
Please note that the client remains fully clothed in this session. This treatment is best after having experienced one of our other lomi lomi services. Consultation required.

Time to shred those calories and get in incredible shape!
Intensity Level: Mid-High
Learn the art of 8 limbs in a fun and dynamic way. Our structure is a blend of traditional Muay Thai, with Dutch Kickboxing drills heavily influenced by the CSA striking system since that is where we started, and our own 108 system combined. Meaning, you will learn real technique, skills, and drills – not just another ‘cardio class’. We ensure a fun experience designed for everyone to develop precision technique, speed, cardio, and power while getting in the best shape of your life.
Advanced & sparring by invite only.
Meditation in motion.
Tai Chi (taiji) is a softer, flowing art, which makes it an incredibly accessible art for any background, fitness level, o for those looking to rehabilitate and simply move in a softer way — and for the martial artists, we see this area of training crucial. Attributes gained from this practice are deep abd transcend all aspects of your life. Tai Chi is one our most high-level arts offered, and also one of our personal favorites.
Practice can be calibrated by the individual for intensity – whether you just want to flow, breathe, and gently step through the form, or if you want the real thing, most people cannot even make it through the first 3 postures without having to sit (or collapse) down. At the highest levels we uncover internal energetics as written in the classics. Regardless of your path – Tai Chi can be practiced at multiple entry points.
Within this class we will drill 1 section every month on a rotating curriculum, and also provide specific solo & auxiliary drills layered within each posture. Class will start with group led breathing & stretching, and we will step through the form and drills together. Corrections and higher-level items will be exposed as you advance, slowly peeling layers of more intensity to the learner. Advanced students will be able to ‘push-hands‘ (a martial game and diagnostic test), and we will also introduce more advanced internal arts like Hebei style Xing Yi, Bagua Zhang, and training protocols.
Style: We train Zheng Man Qing 37, as taught by the late master Zheng Man Qing, Benjamin Lo, & Scott Meredith.
Push hands by invite only.
Flow with us – Stretch, strengthen, breathe & condition in this perfect mid-tempo balance of soft isometrics vs. dynamic power build session.
This class offers a mid-tempo bodyweight and isometric flow session of the best hand-picked exercises from Chinese Yoga (Yijinjing, Yue Fei, Hua To), Qi Gong (breathing & stretching methods), Vinyassa Flow Yoga, and Shastarvidya. Each session will develop isometric strength, get you sweating, and increase flexibility levels while monitoring breath work.
Our kids program is a fully integrated approach to physical health, conflict resolution techniques, self-defense, positive mental development, teamwork, and real-world application. Stylistically, we train striking, take-downs, take-down defense, and basic ground defense and submissions.
We cycle between two types of classes weekly:
Just want some solo time to drill those forms we taught? Stretch? Shred through a hard core conditioning set? Get some pointers? Punch a bag in between meetings? Use these open mat hours to come and do your thang!
Need some circuits to challenge you? Try our Fighter Conditioning sets – we will have them posted in the gym to keep you busy, and a space for functional fitness equipment to assist.

Barbara was fantastic, I really enjoyed the massage! It was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend Koa House!
I have a couple chronic health condition that cause daily pain and she listened to my needs and throughout the massage was attentive to the location and pressure she was using. I have gone several times and each massage has been fantastic. As someone with a condition for 20 years, I've received lots of massages and I can easily say that Barbara's have been my favorite.
Barbara’s disposition and mannerisms were professional & comical. Which really helped me relax and let go of all kinds of unnecessary tension. I left feeling lighter, limber, and happy that I decided to do something for myself that I normally do not make time for. Thank you so much Barbara!
I recently received an excellent massage from Barbara. She used various techniques and truly understood how to incorporate them into my massage. I was comfortable with her draping, along with her flow and pressure. She was attentive and periodically checked to make sure I was receiving what I needed from my massage.
Best massage I've ever had! Barbara's technique and knowledge are unparalleled. This is not your run of the mill experience and I would recommend her to anyone, anytime. Not only did my body feel completely relaxed, my mind was equally relaxed. A true professional!
It was a pleasure to visit the school (108) where so many good things occur. Good vibes!
I like the intimate atmosphere this place offers. The community is superb, everyone is friendly and supportive of each other.
First class here and oh boy, what a workout! Will be back to work on core, balance and stamina! Instructors were clear with instructions and everyone there was encouraging. Love the vibes there.
A great place to really learn martial arts, and the way of the warrior. From a warm up work out to conflict resolution and healthy eating, without forgetting about sparring and traditional forms, Brent delivers every class: no B.S. training, in a friendly environment. I wish I could train with the 108 community more often
My decision to attend this school was one of the best I've ever made. The combination of external and internal arts this place offers can transform not only your body but also your mind. The school is run in a safe and fun way and the environment very laid-back and supportive.
Brent and his assistant instructors are serious about their craft and believe in quality. I appreciate the individualized attention they give to each student. They really take the time to help you perfect your forms and techniques, imparting knowledge, enthusiasm and encouragement.
I was looking to learn some techniques of defense and discovered a wonderful art, with excellent classes of different techniques, explaining and correcting me. It is something deep, that changed my mind and perception.
