Appointment Cancellation Policy: You will receive courtesy reminders 48 hours in advance if you have opted into text or email notifications. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. You may incur a charge or lost appointment time if you cancel within this 24 hour period – please ensure you are planning ahead. Although we do our best to send courtesy reminders via email and/or text, there are at times technical or delivery errors which arise – it is the clients responsibility to mark, schedule, and attend their appointment. Any auto-reminders from the business are courtesies.
